CONTEST RULES
"Frag of the Week"
For the duration of the current year or until all prizes have been given out.

1. TO ENTER
"Frag of the Week" contest

To enter the "Frag of the week" contest, you must subscribe to the site and submit a picture in compliance with the specifications described on www.microplayonline.com. Every submission used in the "Frag of the week" category as chosen by the Reeves communication inc. team and published on the www.microplayonline.com site will be declared a winner. There is a limit of one entry per person per valid subscriber email address. Persons who have more than one email address may only enter the contest once. There can only be one winner per civic address in the current year. No purchase is necessary.

Subscribers can enter the contest via the Internet every week during the current year or until all prizes have been given out.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of 13 years of age in their province of residence at the time of entering the contest. Directors, officers, and employees of Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies, as well as their immediate family or people living under the same roof, are not eligible to enter this contest .

3. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES FOR THE "FRAG OF THE WEEK" CONTEST
Each week in the offices of Reeves communication inc. in Montreal, a picture will be chosen from all entries received by Internet. The contestant who submitted this picture will be declared a winner.

The winners will be contacted by telephone or by e-mail during the week following the draw and should claim their prize as instructed by Reeves communication inc. no later than ten (10) days later. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new draw will be held.

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
The prizes are sponsored by our business partners, and a selection will be made from prizes available at the time of the draw.

5. GENERAL RULES
5.1 To be declared a winner, every contestant drawn at random must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

5.2 Winners shall agree, if requested by Reeves communication inc., to have their name and/or picture, including their photograph, and/or their voices used for advertising purposes related to this contest, free of charge.

5.3 Winners shall sign a document attesting to their eligibility as stipulated in paragraph 2 of these rules and releasing Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.

5.4 Every prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.

5.5 Refusal to accept a prize releases Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies of any obligation toward the winner.

5.6 Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake.

5.7 All personal information, such as the contestant's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, the contestant consents to it being used for the stated purposes.

5.8 By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules, which shall be applied by Reeves communication inc. All its decisions are final.
