1. TO ENTER
"All Categories Prize" Contest

To enter the "All Categories Prize" Contest," you must subscribe to the Microplay online service by completing the subscription process described on the www.microplayonline.com site. No additional registration is required. There can only be one winner per civic address in the current year. Only statistics compiled in Counter-Strike: Source games are valid for this contest.

The contest shall run for the current calendar year.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Directors, officers, and employees of Reeves communication inc., its affiliates and agencies, as well as their immediate family or persons living under the same roof, are not eligible to enter this contest.

3. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES FOR THE CONTEST "ALL CATEGORIES PRIZE" CONTEST
Each month in the offices of Reeves communication inc. in Montreal, a draw will be made from all subscribers who have played at least two hours in the month and accumulated at least 1,000 points in each of the categories listed on the site and finished in the top 10 in one of the categories. The first contestant drawn at random will be declared the first prize winner, provided all conditions described in these rules are fulfilled. The second participant will be declared the second prize winner, and so on for the total number of prizes awarded.

The winners will be contacted by telephone or by e-mail during the week following the draw and should claim their prize as instructed by Reeves communication inc. no later than ten (10) days later. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new draw will be held.

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
The prizes are sponsored by our business partners, and a selection will be made from prizes available at the time of the draw.

5. GENERAL RULES
5.1 To be declared a winner, every contestant drawn at random must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

5.2 Winners shall agree, if requested by Reeves communication inc., to have their name and/or picture, including their photograph, and/or their voices used for advertising purposes related to this contest, free of charge.

5.3 every winner should sign a document attesting his/her/its admissibility as specified to the paragraph 2 of these rules and releasing Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind arising from participation in this contest or arising from the award, acceptance or use of the prize.

5.4 Every prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.

5.5 Refusal to accept a prize releases Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies of any obligation toward the winner.

5.6 Reeves communication inc. and its affiliates and agencies, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake.

5.7 All personal information, such as the contestant's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, the contestant consents to it being used for the stated purposes.

5.8 By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules, which shall be applied by Reeves communication inc. All its decisions are final.
